  • Location

Situated halfway along one of Sassello‘s most evocative paths, not coincidentally called Via Bella, which connects the hamlet of La Maddalena to Prato Vallarino, the Pianale plateau dominates the Sassello area with views of the Maritime Alps, which can be admired on clear days.

The sunset at Pianale is very impressive, especially when enjoyed while sipping a drink or a good wine. The absence of lights and obstructions to the view makes Pianale’s starry night unique. Sitting on a deck chair, one can understand what it means to be in the starlight.
